What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flat structure. Unlike some companies I worked before, in my office, the working environment is like a small company. There is no hierarchy and open door policy

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Definitely less reporting. There are so many reports from my opinions are totally useless.
