It has a clear vision to transform the company. And it makes small stride quarter by quarter to realize the goal

What are some of the best things about your team?
My colleagues are really knowledgeable and very capable. By spending time around them, I felt I grow every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flat structure. Unlike some companies I worked before, in my office, the working environment is like a small company. There is no hierarchy and open door policy
What did you like most about the interview process?
For my team at least, we get down to the business by asking technical question directly in the interview to assess how truthfully a candidate can perform.
What makes you most happy at work?
I don't hate my work but I am not overly excited to go to work every day.
