The leadership team at Mapbox seems to be re-adjusting the ship in the right direction. They certainly have the vision and energy down, so now it's just making sure that all employees understand the importance of that vision and properly recognizing everybody's unique contribution in shared goals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to operate more strategically.
Stop talking about how to make this equitable and do it.
Work on communication and explaining the "why" of strategy better. Understand the current job market is super-competitive and do more to retain the employees you have.
