What do you like best about the leadership team?
very approachable, strategic but not afraid to roll up their sleeves when they need to, genuinely care about the hearts and minds of each ambassador
Attempts at being transparent with what is going on at the company.
They take a consultative approach with their direct reports. Rather than micromanage, they allow each member to be the expert in their field and to manage the way they see fit.
The company is dedicated to their mission, their values and their people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and communicating change. Managers need to answer to someone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
rich benefits package, including free primary care through employer-sponsored health centers
Free use of clinics for employees, and dependents, if enrolled under health insurance policy.
Well rounded benefit package with generous paid time off and flexibility.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Current atmosphere seems to be blame oriented versus solution focused. Moving too fast to get more customers and does not pay attention to concerns developing as change moves forward.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork. Flexibility. Adaptability. Being able to cross cover as needed.
Local team works very well together to take care of patients and each other. Thinks inside and outside of the box to find solutions.
We look to learn from one another.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communication style that is more geared towards emotional intelligence and awareness in how we communicate with one another. Nothing feels derogatory or accusatory.
Culture is laidback and family-first.
The company is focused on sustaining a culture that is aligned with the enduring values we all learned (or should have learned) in 3rd grade: One can do well by doing good. Leaders eat last. Treat people better than you expect to be treated. Honor your commitments. Continuously learn.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The thorough process and getting to speak with many different layers of people within the company.
The interview process has changed dramatically since I started working. I don't feel qualified to comment on current processes.
It was straight forward and no out-there questions or trying to trick me.
The process was transparent and candid.

Patient success makes me happy.
I am given license to discover my own path to our collective victory. We are all working toward a common goal but no-body is telling anyone how to get there.
