What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Dismiss inappropriate adances between management and subordinates. Disregards all health concerns, ongoing verbal abuse.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have great benefits, especially when it comes to Maternity/Paternity Leave. Hourly wage is on par with market value.

Too much work demand and pressure for the low compensation.

Seeing my coworkers! We all come in ready to work hard, but we also enjoy have personal connections to one another.
