Leadership is all about cuts cuts and more cuts. Customer service is suffering because the staff is at a bare minimum. Turnover rates are thru the roof because 1 person is expected to do the work of 5. Store managers are fired for no reason other than to scare employees.

My overall experience was poor. I was suspended from work one time for having to go to the hospital before my shift one morning. I called off an hour in advance instead of two. I came with proof and was suspended for not calling off an hour earlier during an emergency.
