My overall experience was poor. I was suspended from work one time for having to go to the hospital before my shift one morning. I called off an hour in advance instead of two. I came with proof and was suspended for not calling off an hour earlier during an emergency.

Communication and schedule management, as well as work ethic

I liked the environment and who I had to interview with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If there was some humanity courses and culture sensitivity training... that would be excellent

I've explained this already, each and answer I've given so far has been an indication of what's going wrong
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Understanding that we can alleviate the stresses of the day by working at all of our goals together instead of competing for who does the minimum.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because that's the product of today's social structure. I feel undervalued at work because I'm behaved with as if I'm literally a prop or of property to the company.
