8 - 10 hours. The vibe is positive and energetic. Everyone has a can-do attitude.
What's the Operations team like at MarketSmart?
Well... operations is really just a couple of people but everyone is really involved in Operations. But, they are thoughtful and trying to figure out how to help the company grow and scale. It's challenging because of the speedy growth. I don't envy them.

Leadership here is really supportive. They aren't 'bosses', they are more like coaches, cheerleaders and helpers. As Greg always says, "We don't have dictators and politicians here! We have teams filled with people who encourage and prop one another up.
