What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of Vacation/Personal/Sick time is a big plus. MarketSmart believes in having well rested staff for the best productivity and outcomes.
I like how we collaborate on compensation. It isn't me versus them. They actually want me to earn more money but they also want the exchange to be realistic and fair.
The CEO actually matches our charitable donations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to the salaries in the market for similar roles, the salaries are low.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly collaborative, helpful and genuine people.
We all are here to serve the same mission, helping charitable organizations raise more money at lower costs. Everyone is hard working, driven, does what it takes to get the job done, and has great professional relationships.
Everyone pitches in. There's no back-stabbing, politics or in-fighting.

There is endless support and encouragement for growth, learning, and development.
Everyone is supportive of one another. Plus it's fun and I get to grow, learn new things, and help nonprofits.
