Jane Okun Bomba — Executive VP & Chief Administrative Officer at Markit

Ms. Jane Okun Bomba has been Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of IHS Markit Ltd. since July 12, 2016. Ms. Bomba leads Human Resources, Communications, Investor Relations, Customer Experience, Corporate Marketing and Sustainability of IHS Markit. She joined IHS 12 years ago and helped complete its successful IPO, led the architecture of a global ERP and launched the corporate sustainability program. She is a seasoned corporate finance professional with 19 years of experience and expertise in investor relations, integrated communications, financial planning, financial analysis, corporate planning and accounting. She has held the top investor relations position at several firms including a number of Fortune 500 companies. She served as Chief Sustainability and Investor Relations & Communications Officer at IHS Inc. since March 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President of Marketing since August 2007. She served as the Chief Customer Process Officer and Senior Vice President of IHS Intermat Solutions since July 2007. She served as Chief Customer Process Officer of IHS Inc. from July 2007 to March 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications since November 2004. She served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations of IHS Inc. from November 2004 to October 11, 2007. She served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of VeloCom Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Prior to joining IHS in 2004, Ms. Bomba was a Partner with Genesis Inc. She served as Executive Director, Investor Relations of Media One Group from 1998 to 2000. Prior to joining Media One, she headed Investor Relations at Northwest Airlines, where she also held multiple corporate finance positions. She held several management positions in corporate finance at both Northwest Airlines and American Airlines. She started her professional career as a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse in Detroit. She serves as the President of the National Investor Relations Institute - Rocky Mountain chapter and was President of the Denver Business Series. She serves as a Director at National Investor Relations Institute. She serves on the University of Michigan Business School Women's Leadership Council. Ms. Bomba holds both a BGS and an MBA from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. She did a portion of her graduate studies at the Stockholm School of Economics.
