How employees describe working at Markit

Experienced skilled people, focused on the same goals as I am

Very negative . Observed unchecked bullying and blatant sexism. Disheartening that it was known to senior leadership, in fact it included senior leadership and it went unaddressed. Makes for a demoralizing culture. Alarmingly high staff turnover due to soulless culture.

I have a lot of autonomy in the company. I have the freedom to communicate what I'd like to work on and at what pace.

Firm rewards hard work and innovation, entrepreneurial environment

Friendly, talented, smart, witty, and fun to work with. I work with a pretty awesome crew.
