What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent, approachable and listen.
Working hard to increase the value of the firm
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership lacks integrity and moral compass. Insincere and disigenuine. Aware of and turns a blind eye to sexism and bullying.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pretty standard and fair. Has pulled back on benefits over the last several years.
We are given benefits toward health, continued education and personal growth.
Mix of salary, bonus and equity
They recognize talent and a good attitude and reward people for that accordingly. And even when things are rough, they pay retention bonuses

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are provided snacks to get us through the day and are encouraged to go for walk breaks.
Flexible environment; can work at home or in the office
It's very relaxed and comfortable. Work is important, but life balance is more important, and it shows. People get a lot out of that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stronger leadership, genuine care for employees and addressing poor and at times immoral behavior of senior managers

Pretty standard and nothing unqiue.

Focus on new technologies and a fairly free field to improve and suggest changes.
