He has extensive experience in business management, product management, product development and delivery, technical due diligence, customer support and in understanding technology trends and drivers as a senior executive at a number of commercial software companies. His breadth of software experience includes developing and delivering ERP and CRM commercial software packages, industry leading e-commerce commercial applications as well as Internet based content aggregation tools and application integration adapters. As Senior Vice President of IHS Markit, he led information technology operations, infrastructure and product development teams that delivered world-class products and customer support throughout the solution lifecycle. He served as Vice President of Development at Seismic Micro-Technology, Inc. He served as Vice President of Software Development at Axentis, Inc. He was responsible for software development of Axentis products, quality assurance, customer support and operations of the Axentis hosting center. Prior to joining Axentis, Mr. Harvey served as Senior Vice President of Solutions Development & Delivery at Reynolds & Reynolds Co. since February 2002. He co-founded and served as Managing Partner of The Enoventure Group and held several senior management roles at high-technology and software organizations, including: Firepond and Vignette. He served as Senior Vice President of Product Development at Sterling Commerce. He served as an Executive Vice President at FirePond, Inc. He holds a BA from University of Maryland.
