Leadership is transparent, and experienced in enterprise software. Understands customers, set a good long term direction.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salaries are good at MarkLogic. Also reasonable work/life balance which is rare for a top-end company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work remote and I feel I am under paid compared to my peers work in the US
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is committed to customer success. Engineering works hard and maintains a large product with many, many features.
