Literally everything. They just don't care about their employees
The current manager refuses to talk to staff and is only accessible through the assistants/team leads. Any questions for management take 4-6 weeks for an answer and it's usually "we don't know ".

401 match was substandard before but recently was taken away. Insurance while affordable at certain levels is only good at Marshfield Clinic facilities. Vacation accumulation is fair raises almost non existent.
Our compensation that we do get for the incredible amount of work and a job that needs such accuracy that it would otherwise be fatal. We get compensated incredibly poorly

There are published salaries for my profession that are updated annually based on education and experience. Gaining education never makes a difference at this employer and employees are consistently paid lower than the published independently collected average.

Was typical interview. Took longer than average to get hired. Did not get any feedback after interview. Too many heads in the hiring process.

It takes MONTHS to get hired, and it feels disjointed. Even if you get a job offer it's not in writing so its nerve wracking to leave an old job and make that leap of faith.

The company has a reputation within the community as being difficult to work with. Customer service is not accessible, care follow up gets lost, and customers feel there is a negative attitude from staff.
