Very unstable, with mid-management unable or unwilling to raise concerns on manpower shortages. Most managers are not manager material, looking after their own interest. Being a rural area hospital, they had to hire what they could get in the door. Like they say meat in the seat.

Past CEO and management destroyed this company tried to be bigger than everyone else resulting in understaffed care being provided by underpaid staff who truly care about their patients.

None no incentive. Horrible people

Wonderful, driven, caring employees, but unfortunately we're drowning and 100% burnt. Our concerns are never listened to, and how much we're struggling is rarely acknowledged.

Poor employer, poor pay, poor attitudes

Listen to staff. Respect patients.

Literally everything. They just don't care about their employees

The current manager refuses to talk to staff and is only accessible through the assistants/team leads. Any questions for management take 4-6 weeks for an answer and it's usually "we don't know ".

401 match was substandard before but recently was taken away. Insurance while affordable at certain levels is only good at Marshfield Clinic facilities. Vacation accumulation is fair raises almost non existent.

Our compensation that we do get for the incredible amount of work and a job that needs such accuracy that it would otherwise be fatal. We get compensated incredibly poorly

Our pay and benefits are not up to par with local competitors

My years of experience are not taken into consideration.

There are published salaries for my profession that are updated annually based on education and experience. Gaining education never makes a difference at this employer and employees are consistently paid lower than the published independently collected average.

Work ehtic, friendships, the traumatic days we fo through

Our team is fantastic but management and especially upper level management are so out of touch with reality

Want to do the best for the patient.

The small teams feel like a work family, and are supportive.

There are some good coworkers here.

Department level co workers are incredibly caring and good to work with

New management and new blood would help a lot

Was typical interview. Took longer than average to get hired. Did not get any feedback after interview. Too many heads in the hiring process.

Welcoming, relatively quick, their excitement

It takes MONTHS to get hired, and it feels disjointed. Even if you get a job offer it's not in writing so its nerve wracking to leave an old job and make that leap of faith.

Leadership, financially, negatively from the public eye

Doctos dont seem to want others assist tbem

The company has a reputation within the community as being difficult to work with. Customer service is not accessible, care follow up gets lost, and customers feel there is a negative attitude from staff.
