What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Better leadership is needed, someone that cares about employees and not a paycheck. Employees are treated like prisoners. Honesty, this place is a pit of lies trying to get help from human resources is a mistake, been there 5 times wrote nothing down and situation continuously worsen
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? Most of coworkers have good character except the ones close to management they just like to talk bad about coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I only ask to be treated equally and fair based on my hard work. How can you tell someone they are getting a slight increase in pay and then write on the eval sheet after signed by employee and lie about it?
