What would you improve about your company's interview process?HR doesnt know what they are doing. They dont follow SHRM policies and best practices. They are cynical and think everyone is a liability. They tell people to have positive attitudes which is a nice way to say smile when hr makes you eat a shit sandwich
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Treat employees better and they will treat customers better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Actually create a culture and not one where the treasruer just takes up all the oxegyn in the room . Effective action that is actually current and not 30 years behind private sector. Let the people work remote full time. Nobody wants to be in the office.
