  • What would you improve about your company's interview process?
HR doesnt know what they are doing. They dont follow SHRM policies and best practices. They are cynical and think everyone is a liability. They tell people to have positive attitudes which is a nice way to say smile when hr makes you eat a shit sandwich
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat employees better and they will treat customers better.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actually create a culture and not one where the treasruer just takes up all the oxegyn in the room . Effective action that is actually current and not 30 years behind private sector. Let the people work remote full time. Nobody wants to be in the office.
