What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and are incredibly hard working.
They are inspiring on a daily basis.

Communication, not showing favortism, making sure to follow up and making sure that everyone is held accountable for there mistakes
What is the best part about your compensation package?
On top of my base wage, I have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on my performance.
