What are some of the best things about your team?dedicated, talented, passionate, care for each other
What did you like most about the interview process? They were completed in 30 minute chinks. Met a lot of people.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Training is so bad in all depts, HR didn't even know how to enter the hiring portal.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? They should double the training time and go slower. I've had fast pace jobs before but none where it was so fast no one knew what was happening.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? They throw you to the wolves without enough training. It's 10% learning how to navigate and 90% the rest self taught. No dept is trained properly, no one knows what they're doing anywhere.
