What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My team got so lost by the time we caught up to figure out which page on the redundant training site we were supposed to be on, we had no idea what they were talking about. Went faster than green bananas turn brown in a NYC cab ride home.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus paxkage. 15% of base.
Opportunity to be rewarded for hard work.
The best part of our compensation package is the vacation time offered.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation at entry-level is below market median and no bonuses

The best part of our team is their willingness to go the extra mile in a pinch to help meet goals
Very helpful. Work as a team, stop and take time to help.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They throw you to the wolves without enough training. It's 10% learning how to navigate and 90% the rest self taught. No dept is trained properly, no one knows what they're doing anywhere.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It was very inclusive of everyone.
It would be Inclusiveness and teaching environment.
The most positive aspect of the company is the openness to work end home arrangements to help employees balance home & life.
We all operate in a similar fashion.
Everybody treats one another with respect.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
They were completed in 30 minute chinks. Met a lot of people.
The truth about our industry and what to be prepared for.
It seems fruitless at times, as if there is someone else in mind for the job.
The rapor I immediately felt with my manager.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Training is so bad in all depts, HR didn't even know how to enter the hiring portal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my collegues everyday.
Learning new things each day and bringing the right solution to my clients.
I enjoy the people. They are very warming and will go the extra mile to ensure you are okay in your own work
The interaction with my coworkers and customers(clients).
Being productive let's me go home happy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They should double the training time and go slower. I've had fast pace jobs before but none where it was so fast no one knew what was happening.
I dont like going to work because management expects employees to complete their job without the right expertise and resources.
