Employees are eligible for a pension, which is an uncommon benefit.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is less than if you worked for the private sector. Low raises, no bonus or reward for hard work.
Our pay is lower than other companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are quite collaborative and understanding
