  • The culture of MIT varies from office to office, lab to lab. I've in some stifling situations and some really enjoyable ones. Organizationally I feel like there's no support for upward mobility, not enough attention to training to keep skills relevant. While MIT seems advanced they're about 10 years behind on roles and strategy in the office.
