Being supportive, engaged, listening and staying out of the weeds.

They removed all the successful people that established the large contracts and replaced with minions. Some project overseers (more national based) were of the highest quality

Stop giving the hardest workers the most work. We're drowning and no one seems to care. We are overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated.

Professionalism, industry knowledge at the field level, and responsibility to project organizational flow chart. Management passes off duties that directly impact other engagement progresses. Acknowledging the market/team needs.

Not professional, no training and no direction from district managers. Get harrassed by team members when do something wrong - and they do not explain or train properly.

When you get put in charge of a whole additional department/program, but your compensation stays the same, you tend to feel underpaid and undervalued.

I feel that my effort, expertise and knowledge is not valued by my senior management. I am taken advantage of despite my extensive sacrifices to this company. Actually being listened too about my executive level proposals to improved process. To be compensated for the true value that I bring.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone just needs to be held to the same standard, and held accountable when they mess up. Instead, when people mess up, their responsibilities just get dumped on other hard workers who are already swamped.

Less Drama! Improved Professionalism, better planning, communication and team work.

Clear accountability across the board. And holding upper management responsible for the company's shortfalls instead of just furloughing the lower level employees because we can't make a profit to save our lives.
