competitive benefits and total compensation package. amazing 401k matching plan.
We have amazing benefits, WFH allowance, ability to continue working remotely, Employee Stock Options, an amazing PTO policy & paid-holiday program [almost 20 days, I believe]. Very generous compensation package overall.

They're incredibly sharp and good at what they do. They're also positive and provide an amazing support network. They cheer my successes and help troubleshoot my problems.

Collaboration and mission-driven. Friendly, communicative, and always willing to lend a helping hand.
We have created a fun, collaborative, highly-productive team in a remote/distributed environment. Everyone is here to help one another succeed. There's a great deal of cohesion, trust, and fun that we experience as a team daily/weekly and we get lots done!

The personal touch; the welcoming and personable approach.
It was FAST - from the first call to the job offer it was just three weeks. In my experience it's taken five to six months with other organizations in a really broken or flawed way. This process was smooth, & fun and communication was amazing! When the company finds talent, they don't wait! Loved it
