There’s a vein of toxicity running
They don't know what I don't know. There have been a few stumbles where I've come across something that easily could have been explained or shown weeks prior. It's hard to network + build relationships in 25/50 min blocks without others going out of their way and making a concerted effort.

We have far too many independent but connected workstreams on the GTM team. Bias for action is a great value, but it sometimes create situations where action is taken without information or consulting those that it impacts.

There isn't good communication in engineering, the career progression is still unclear and feedback is not constructive or useful
