get a new one, old school thinking, only care about growth at the expense of employee and patient care, heavily being sued

The focus is on helping the members vs Sales

paid at or above market, c-level all get $300,000 or more a year and 50% bonus, high performers are underpaid and undervalued and quickly leave if they have any self worth

Team players, Go getters, Integrity, Fun, Competitive

no accountability and no true strategy by the company
