
Our internship program focuses on three components: 1) Project: Interns are assigned a large scale project and then present the outcomes to the company at the end of their program. 2) Learning + Networking: Interns get to meet and interact with most executives and work with Matterpeeps outside their departments. 3) Fun: Interns regularly participate in team building activities. Over 50% of our interns become full-time employees.
