What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way that they communicate

Everything was always on point!
They listen, and are quick to find solutions for all of their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn how to not just go based off of he say/she say. This company is needs new managers .
Being leaders treating people with respect
Need to work on making sure everyone is treated fairly and there is no favoritism.
Managing people is what they need training with
Communication is the key to success... Stop giving lazy people a job, especially the ones they hired to be in the office
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company pays for 90% of BCBS benefits!!
It is very fair, and the benefits they provide covers a lot of medical and dental services that my family needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When being seen as a high valued employee with the education background to back it, plus years of experience. To not make as much as someone with a high school diploma or GED. The money could be more with the HIGH cost of living.
If we got paid at leadt 24 a hr
Get rid of this company they are not for the people.they just want money from people.
I would feel better if my accident could be reported correctly so i can receive workers comp insurance and not starve to death because i cant work woth this back injury that occurred ON THE JOB

Team work and hard work. We always live safety!!
Everyone works together as a team
Nothing is really great about a bunch of people that do thw minimum every day, is there?
We all work together, and help each other out when we see someone struggling.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Compassion, respect, moral, values, ethics, accountability, open to change, less complaining.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone works together as a team
Everyone is, for the most part, upbeat and energetic. Bullying and mistreatment is never tolerated, which makes for a comfortable work environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe my incident be reported and paid out to me correctly?
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a basic interview no hard questions and my resume spoke for me.
Easy and fast past. Hired almost immediately

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The first job interview I ever went on where they illustrated the importance of their pride in being "faith based" made me pretty uncomfortable.
Be sure to mention in the interview that if youre hurt on the job they will try to wiggle away from workers comp as much as possible
What makes you most happy at work?
Having a great leadership team to make sure the day will be a success!!

Find ways to boost the morale within the company as a whole. Show the employees they are care for and about.
