I have a back injury from membrane at michelin as an MAU employee and they arent giving me any info for workers comp. They arent doing things legally or morally correct.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Nothing is really great about a bunch of people that do thw minimum every day, is there?

When someone needs workers comp insurance maybe the leadership team should contact the injured and not ignore the injured
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be sure to mention in the interview that if youre hurt on the job they will try to wiggle away from workers comp as much as possible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if my accident could be reported correctly so i can receive workers comp insurance and not starve to death because i cant work woth this back injury that occurred ON THE JOB
