When being seen as a high valued employee with the education background to back it, plus years of experience. To not make as much as someone with a high school diploma or GED. The money could be more with the HIGH cost of living.

I would feel better if my accident could be reported correctly so i can receive workers comp insurance and not starve to death because i cant work woth this back injury that occurred ON THE JOB

The first job interview I ever went on where they illustrated the importance of their pride in being "faith based" made me pretty uncomfortable.
Be sure to mention in the interview that if youre hurt on the job they will try to wiggle away from workers comp as much as possible
Find ways to boost the morale within the company as a whole. Show the employees they are care for and about.
