Some are respectful to workers and understand people have lives outside the company

Training, Communication Collaboration are things that they lack
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overtime after 8 and on saturday double time on sunday
Salary is very competitive c
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is good. Benifit package abd healthcare could be better
Respect of workers from upper management would be nice here. Compensation should consist of but not limited to showing appreciation for the good workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We at the lower level work together to get the job done.

At this particar job site an individual that had prior experice with communication and running a division of crane ops and riggers
Respect and appreciation from upper management. Not to be looked down upon like we are peasants
