How much diversity is there among employees at Maxwell Health?
Company wide, Maxwell's does a solid job with gender diversity. This does not, however, extend to the tech team. It has been noted that there are more bald white guys with glasses than women among the tech staff. Maxwell also struggles with racial diversity. Unfortunately it just isn't a priority for management or HR.

Yes, many of our team are remote folks. We work hard to make sure remote folks are able to work closely with all teams and that they feel as included as those in the Boston office.
