I dont know what to say. It is a job that I like and I feel like that is the case for everyone that works there.

We are there for each other. Willing to change things if needed to help someone out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it is fair. I did like our old package better but this one is fine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work in a "happy" unit so things are normally good. When things do go wrong we are all there for each other and the patient.
