I love the supervisor for my work unit. I have never had a better supervisor during my time at mayo.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Accountability and connection. When new leadership candidates are considered the interview panels should include people outside that department's staff to avoid favoritism. Candidates should be chosen based on skill and experience and not because their friends are on the interview panel.
