What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was straightforward and looking for the best fit. No games.

Everyone was really friendly and made it as comfortable as possible for an interview.
I spoke with an RN recruiter before interviewing in my department. While it was busy and a little nerve wracking, it was good to get that exposure and coaching before moving onto the department.
