Like any place some people just dont get alone. Not much you can do.

An entire structure overhaul where all patients, including employees who are also patients, are treated fairly and equally. There should not be preferential treatment in healthcare. Also, make employees feel genuinely valued. This is one reason Mayo is not retaining their staff.
