What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is a group of smart and forward-thinking individuals who want to make sure employees are happy.
The leadership team is driving a lot of positive change. The firm is more energized and momentum is building. With town halls and other communications, there's also a lot more transparency from the leadership team.
The leadership team has a great vision for the future and is committed to encouraging professional development among all employees, as well as increasing happiness.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Direction of what is needed to achieve organizational goals, and what those goals are.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are too many benefits to name.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is nice and smart and supportive.
Hours can be long and the work can be grueling, but people are willing to go above and beyond--that makes for a great team.
My team is committed to the Firm and driven by its success. My team members are positive, smart, kind, and any criticism is always constructive, and never mean or unnecessary.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a mantra- #alwaysbetter and while we strive to be #alwaysbetter we support each other along the way.
The firm expects top performance, but is also building in programs that focus on a healthy culture, such as mindfulness hours credit for Associates. People also tend to be genuinely supportive of each other.
The company's commitment to happiness at all levels (from staff all the way up to Partner) is admirable and helps create a great environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with a few members of the leadership team who seemed interested in my experience and what I could bring to the table, despite the fact that they are very busy people who probably should have been dealing with clients!
