What started out as a roll that promised a lot of growth potential slowly degraded into little more than a "call center" job within 4 years. The executive assistants in the service centers are treated differently (worse) than the in-office executive assistants in the other locations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to keep the staff actively engaged.

A more cohesive unity between the offices and best practices.

The company really does strive to be socially conscious and help globally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't have a team, per se. The people I support are for the most part decent, and I enjoy working with them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt more conversational than ridgedly structured. It allowed my personality to come through and for me to freely speak about my goals and skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are solidly the best part of the compensation package. If not for how good the health benefits are, no one would put up with how low the salary is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company presents as very socially conscious, and for the majority of the company I believe that to be true. Some of the leadership at the Tampa office does not live the values that the company as a whole promotes.
