The company presents as very socially conscious, and for the majority of the company I believe that to be true. Some of the leadership at the Tampa office does not live the values that the company as a whole promotes.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Workaholic culture, believes you have to work tons of hours to have a promotion
Dont let negative people manipulate others
not being micromanaged and have little say on what you can do
Leadership introduces unnecessary stress and low-value add churns just to fill their insecurity and ego
