Cheap hotel rooms and fabulous discounts!

It’s difficult to make a living as a server at McMenamins, and the work can be quite difficul
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hard workers who are just trying to make a living.
We work together to keep our business running smooth. If someone has more time than another, they take that time to help.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of nice people to work with.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management should learn better communication skills. It is not an army base it should be a fun bustling restaurant.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Things felt upbeat and friendly.
Friendly. Easy going. Welcoming seemed fun.
It's through and precise. They make sure to get all aspects covered.

Lots of nice people to work with.
When people are allowed to have good times. When it's busy it makes time fly
The company is good to me, my co-workers help each other out both in and outside work, and the guests a friendly!
