Pay and less work plus remote work
I know that I'm making a difference in a patient life even though I'm not in direct patient care job. I know I support the providers who are front-line and I have to be best at my job so that they can be best at theirs.

We are changing peoples lives everyday
Diversity is great but caliber of people representing company is horrible. Negative attitudes. Entitled. Bully. Employees Work the system they know they can get away with not working, disappearing, calling in all the time. I need to transfer out of the horrible unit. It has worse reputation.
