Better at making decisions and taking responsibility too many people pointing at eachnother
They need to be replaced. Only out for themselves. Don't care about staff. Only care about numbers. Discharge push. Bully and pressure staff. PTO is impossible to get approved. Morale of unit is low and everyone feels defeated. Hold them accountable for bad employee survey results. Leadership is bad

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the evaluation process is good but not fair
Because the upper management is too busy to properly orient, teach, contribute productively. A raise would make me and anybody happier
Get as much as possible for a base salary - bonus is often taken away.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is here dor the paycheck snd less work pressure
The teams are cross-functional and high-collaborative. All teammates has a common goal of ending Cancer forever.
We all work together to accomplish the mission

Treating their teammates fairly. Coworkers need to leave personal problems at home, but if it is a funeral or an injury of course that takes precedent over work—-I would like to see management treat employe

Chilled out work place too many people doing the same thing

There are multiple interviews at various levels so you can understand if the job is your best fit before you say yes to the offer.

What makes you most happy at work?
Pay and less work plus remote work
I know that I'm making a difference in a patient life even though I'm not in direct patient care job. I know I support the providers who are front-line and I have to be best at my job so that they can be best at theirs.

Seeing patients working with great people
We are changing peoples lives everyday
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Diversity is great but caliber of people representing company is horrible. Negative attitudes. Entitled. Bully. Employees Work the system they know they can get away with not working, disappearing, calling in all the time. I need to transfer out of the horrible unit. It has worse reputation.
