Better at making decisions and taking responsibility too many people pointing at eachnother

They need to be replaced. Only out for themselves. Don't care about staff. Only care about numbers. Discharge push. Bully and pressure staff. PTO is impossible to get approved. Morale of unit is low and everyone feels defeated. Hold them accountable for bad employee survey results. Leadership is bad
