They need to be replaced. Only out for themselves. Don't care about staff. Only care about numbers. Discharge push. Bully and pressure staff. PTO is impossible to get approved. Morale of unit is low and everyone feels defeated. Hold them accountable for bad employee survey results. Leadership is bad

Diversity is great but caliber of people representing company is horrible. Negative attitudes. Entitled. Bully. Employees Work the system they know they can get away with not working, disappearing, calling in all the time. I need to transfer out of the horrible unit. It has worse reputation.
