Double my pay and increase my vacation

teamwork...my coworkers work as individuals instead of working as a team to solve problems and get the work done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
very cliché environment. top management is mostly men who promote men regardless of qualifications. I have seen several women leave the company because they could not get promoted.
