What's the best part of your job at MediaCom?
Team. Lot of smart and good people.

Decreasing depending on SVP/MD clout and overall profitability.
How challenged are you at MediaCom?
Workloads are heavy so there are things to do and learn. Being personable and acknowledging value of each discipline will ingratiate you to those teams.
How's the work pace at MediaCom?
Long hours. Will milk it til client complains about quality. Especially tough when they freeze hiring in 4Q to max profitability.
How do you feel about going to work at MediaCom everyday?
not good. Not healthy experience for me.

Self-promote, participate in new business, connected with executive/senior management.
How can I improve my chances of being hired at MediaCom?
Internal referrals help (LinkedIn). the rest depends on interviewer. Many people are not trained to interview so very random interviewing styles and points of emphasis.
How difficult is it to maintain a social life while in your job at MediaCom?
Always depends on account. I have been on accounts that averaged 10 hour days and have worked til 1:30a multiple times on different years.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining MediaCom?
Lack of diversity and lack of interest improving diversity. Like many companies, questionable ethics in order to make numbers.
How's the morale at MediaCom?
Not good. Seems higher than normal turnover wave.
What unique perks and benefits does MediaCom provide?
Near Penn now but will be near/in Freedom tower in the next year. Regular benefits for companies part of major holding co.

Gender diversity is solid. Do not recommend for racial diversity (Hispanic or Black).
