below market value for my role, no transparency surrounding promotions/raises
I believe we are paid slightly below market value
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very friendly and polite
support each other, smart people
friendly helpful caring intelligent fun
My team is trained really well. Each member is capable in their position
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
too many unneccessary meetings that not everyone is involved in. lack of sympathy for personal issues. EXTREMELY tone deaf.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work pace and inclusivity
