I truly enjoy the team I work with, which is why I stay with this company. They are devoted to helping others and that is very inspiring.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to make more of an effort to show their employees that they care. Especially when it comes to compensation for the work that is done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The national average salary of a social worker is far above what I make annually. I have been a social worker for 10 years and have never been paid so unfairly. I also feel this company (HCA) does not pay their employees what they're worth across the board, not just social workers.
