What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They can provide more support for the nurses
They need to make more of an effort to show their employees that they care. Especially when it comes to compensation for the work that is done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The short term disability benefit
If you work overtime you can make a lot
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The national average salary of a social worker is far above what I make annually. I have been a social worker for 10 years and have never been paid so unfairly. I also feel this company (HCA) does not pay their employees what they're worth across the board, not just social workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness to pitch in and help
I truly enjoy the team I work with, which is why I stay with this company. They are devoted to helping others and that is very inspiring.

The willingness of staff to pitch in where ever needed
The objective of our company is to help others. I truly feel at this hospital that is taken seriously.
