Employee retention, market rate pay, better benefits, chance for advancement.
Long commute (can't afford to live near the office), no free coffee, market rate pay.
Actually leading and managing employees. Attempting any semblance of employee retention. Market-rate pay would be nice.
I put almost all of my waking hours into working here and my pay, benefits, and retirement plans are all extremely sub-par.
