More transparent recruiters would be nice. Don’t sugar coat the position, distance to major cities, or housing availability please.

If I was actually paid correctly
I was paid well below market value. Severance package was minimal. Was given flex pto, but never allowed to use it.
Medical Solutions pays horribly low, its a toxic workplace, and they allow managers to harrass their employees.
I feel the economy is have a lot of wage growth at the bottom, which is fantastic. But us mid range employees feel a a bit left behind. I am only a few dollars per hour above what I could make working at a fast food restaurant. I busted my but for years to get where I am and my wage has stagnated.
